Mistakes, regrets, concerns, and guilt… no one is without.
Not a single one of us.
And being a single mom, breakup recovery coach, and survivor of narcissistic abuse, I wake up every morning (ok, sometimes late afternoon) to a mailbox full of confessions and requests of advice. I guess it’s easier to talk openly to someone who is CLEARLY not perfect… someone who should be the last to judge anyone else.
I know it’s scary… absolutely horrifying, even… to reveal your bad choices and dark thoughts. But you’d be surprised just how many others share your burden. After YEARS in this field, I can confidently tell you that you would be one of the very few exception… a rare case… to be alone in this particular dark space.
And even if you were, I’m here for you.
I invite you to submit your secret thoughts and concerns… and I’ll respond in a post which will include my thoughts and advice, shared from a place of trust and friendship.
No identifying information will be revealed. Like in my “Dear Carmen” feature, you will remain absolutely anonymous.
